Gulf Coast Medical Center features the Neuroscience Institute, orthopedic services, and general surgery. The hospital offers 24/7 access to minimally invasive catheter procedures to treat stroke, as well as a dedicated neuroscience intensive care unit. Gulf Coast Medical Center also has the ability to perform complex neurological procedures on site.

You may have noticed that our Gulf Coast facility is expanding. We are committed to serving our community, and we want to make sure you feel more comfortable and at ease in our care. Our three additional stories will add 268 patient beds to the 356 we currently have. Expansion plans include easier parking, an expanded radiology department, pharmacy, and laboratory.
Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers has entrances at Daniels Parkway (South), Plantation Road (West) and Metro Parkway (East).
Hours vary depending on the type of unit, the level of care, patient needs, or physicians' instructions. Please call for unit hours.
