For Employees

A Lee Health employee? This is your one stop shop for resources.

We Are Caring People, Inspiring Health

At Lee Health, we believe the "heart" of our organization is our employees. More than 13,000 physicians, nurses and staff members are dedicated to our mission of meeting the healthcare needs and improving the health status of the people of Southwest Florida. Here, Lee Health employees can find access to services including viewing new career opportunities, finding information on programs and more.

Important Update:

The Lee Health Emergency Leave of Absence (LOA) has been extended through July 18, 2020, with important modifications. Effective Sunday, April 26, the Lee Health Emergency LOA program converts from a partially paid LOA program to an unpaid LOA program through Saturday, July 18, 2020.

In addition, employees who meet the eligibility requirements may apply for Federal Emergency Paid Sick Leave and/or Federal Expanded Family Medical Leave. Click on each for more information: Talking Points, updated Frequently Asked Questions and an updated Emergency Leave Application Form.

Please note that we do not expect leaders and staff to know all the “ins and outs” of administering the Federal and Lee Health Emergency Leaves of Absence. Your HR Team is here to answer your questions. Please reach out to your HR Business Partners, Employee Relations Consultant (ERC), and or the HR Call Center (424-3500) with questions.
