What is it?

A way to get fit and have fun

The Million Mile Movement gets you moving, walking, running, biking, or any other cardiovascular activity.  We add up the miles and together SWFL will topple 1 million in six weeks! Employers get ready to motivate your employees to make healthy moves with this easily implementable challenge!

How does it work?

Use the app and start tracking

Area employers simply go to HealthyLee.com for more details and to purchase your discounted licenses.

For Lee Health employees, leaders may contact Cheryl.Schlichte@LeeHealth.org to set up a team of 3-10 members.  Once your team is set up you may invite your group to sign up via an email invitation that will provide instructions on downloading the Outbreak app.  Limited amount of licenses so hurry!

Registration for teams begins NOW and employee sign up is from Nov 16- Nov 30.

The Outbreak Overview

The Outbreak is a team-based health challenge where your real-world activity determines your survivability in a virtual zombie outbreak.

When is it?

December 14th, 2020 -January 24th, 2021

Kicking off just as the American Heart Association has their Heart Walk finale on December 12th. 

This gives us another chance to continue our Heart Healthy activities while forming good habits through the holiday season! 

Each great journey begins with a single step!

So join the Million Mile Movement and put your best foot forward.  Start the challenge by walking 5000 steps per day while gradually increasing weekly to outrun the fun and friendly Zombie’s in the Outbreak app!
