Cocoa Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup full-fat uncanned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Stevia, to taste (optional)
  • 1-2 cups loosely packed chopped kale

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients in a blender in the order listed
  2. Blend ingredients together in a blender, starting on low speed and working up to a high speed until smooth
  3. Add ice and blend until you achieve desired thickness
