Providing a variety of services in one convenient office, the Outpatient Center at Plantation – off Daniels Parkway/CR-876 near Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers – is home to a dedicated, experienced staff as well as advanced diagnostic equipment, lab services, physician offices, special programs, and clinics.
- We're easily reached on Plantation Road, about halfway between Six Mile Cypress/SR-865 and Metro/SR-739 parkways.
- Or, from Daniels Parkway/SR-876, turn south onto Plantation Road. We'll be on your left (east).

Parking is easy at the Outpatient Center at Plantation! Patients and visitors can park for free right outside the front entrance.
