    Entering this clinic was so uplifting: the reception staff were all smiling and ready to help. Wait time was short and we were ushered back to Roberta’s office to meet her. Wait time was short and Roberta arrived with a warm and friendly smile. Roberta has a a systematic way of approaching our visit. Using MyChart Roberta formulated questions and a plan of action. She knew what she was doing. I was so impressed with her manner in delivering information to me! I understood I was heard and felt safe. She knew what she was doing. She righted my ship from the aftermath of my [ ]; I am feeling so much more like myself today and I am so grateful.

    I feel very comfortable in his care.. He takes his time to explain my condition with me and the options that I have for care going forward. I trust him very much and the only thing that would make me look for another provider would be if a moved out of his ser vice area and I have no intention of moving!!!
