    I can always get through when I call. Somebody usually answers immediately. When I either talk to staff or leave a message through MyChart the response is super fast with calling in [ ]. Also very quick with excuses for school and other paperwork needed. Great doctor and great staff.

    Dr. Phillips shows real concern for his patients. My granddaughter has "aged out" of the pediatric practice which is a concern for me. He has been looking for a replacement neurologist that will be able to follow my granddaughter with her unique problems. Unti l he finds a [ ], he will keep an "eye" on my child.

    Dr. Stroud was very quick to respond to some urgent questions we had about my daughter and helped walk us through what our next best steps would be for the current problem and for the future. He took the time to set up a Telehealth appointment with us, just ho urs after returning home from the ER.
