Rehabilitation Services Overview
Lee Health, located in beautiful Southwest Florida and serving the Lee County Fort Myers and Cape Coral area, provides high quality, comprehensive rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy for all ages.
Through our Cancer Survivorship Training and Rehabilitation Program®, our goal is to minimize these effects and to encourage cancer survivors to have the best possible quality of life.

Physical Therapists (PTs) are health care professionals who diagnose and treat people of all ages who have pain, limited loss of mobility, decrease in function, and decrease in strength.
The Driving Evaluation and Training Program assesses a person’s ability to safely drive a vehicle.
Lee Health therapists perform customized and individualized wheelchair evaluations to ensure proper fit and function.

Our Care Team
A highly trained and licensed therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop an individualized, goal-oriented treatment program for each individual to function at their highest level of social and physical independence.
All of our patients remain under the care of the referring physician. Therapy is monitored and adjusted based on patient progress. Patient status is fully documented and evaluations are sent to physicians, insurance companies, and other specified parties.
