Located on a sprawling 53-acre site at the intersection of Colonial Boulevard and Challenger Boulevard, Lee Health Fort Myers will be a central hub for advanced medical services, modern technology, and complete, compassionate care for patients and families throughout Southwest Florida.

Lee Health Fort Myers will feature a hurricane-resistant infrastructure and room for growth. The first phase is anticipated to open in 2027, with plans for further development to accommodate our region’s increasing healthcare needs. Our expert staff looks forward to serving you.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Hospital: 416,308 square feet with 168 private patient rooms
• Medical Office Building: 125,326 square feet of specialized care services
• Ambulatory Surgery Center: 8 operating rooms for outpatient procedures
• Emergency Department: 44 beds with state-of-the-art equipment
• Rehab Gym & Specialty Clinics: Orthopedics, spine, rheumatology, and more, all part of the Lee Health Musculoskeletal Institute

The new campus will also host the Lee Health Musculoskeletal Institute (MSK), offering comprehensive care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal health. With advanced imaging capabilities and expert teamwork, the Musculoskeletal Institute delivers individualized treatments for patients and families.
